Returns & Exchanges

At Kisah, we strive to ensure your fashion journey is seamless; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 15 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the apparel is in its original condition with all Kisah branding tags attached and placed back in the original eco-friendly packaging.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then schedule a pickup or drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
